What You’ll Be Doing

* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
* Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
* Provide quotes, product/service information, and order support
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
* Support soft sales and relationship-building efforts
* Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
* Manage multiple conversations while maintaining high service quality and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

* Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
* Excellent multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* Dedicated and professional home office setup

Preferred Qualifications

* Appointment setting or soft sales experience
* Previous remote customer support experience
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer tracking tools

Compensation & Benefits

* Monthly Salary: COP $3,000,000
* Indefinite-term employment contract
* All benefits required by Colombian labor law included
* Connectivity allowance included in accordance with applicable regulations
* Full-time stable position
* 100% Remote Work
* Computer provided for work.
