- Must be available to work EST hours (9am–6pm EST)
- This is a client-facing legal services role focused on retention, collections, and account management
Account Management / Client Retention
Join a growing US-based legal services team where your communication skills, confidence, and ability to manage challenging conversations will make a direct impact.
You will help maintain client relationships, recover missed payments, and support clients through ongoing legal processes.
What You'll Do:
- Contact clients regarding missed or failed payments and assist with resolving account issues
- Explain the impact of paused payments on legal representation and case progress
- Handle upset or at-risk clients with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Follow up through calls, voicemail, and email while maintaining organized account notes and workflows
- Review CRM records, payment history, and file activity to understand each client’s situation
- Use provided scripts and rebuttals naturally and professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding client concerns, legal updates, and payment issues
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up schedules for active accounts
Who You'll Work With:
Work closely with retention, client support, payment, and legal operations teams to keep clients informed and cases moving forward.
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in English (clear, persuasive, professional)
- Comfortable handling difficult or emotional client conversations
- Sales-minded with strong objection-handling abilities
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple follow-ups consistently
- Detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing CRM notes and payment history
- Confident, resilient, and solution-focused mindset
Location: Must be based in Colombia
Experience: Sales or account management experience required
