Customer Service Representative Energy Sector

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries, support customers with account information, and provide accurate, solution-oriented assistance. Youll ensure every interaction is handled professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers by providing clear and accurate information regarding accounts, products, and services.
Resolve inquiries efficiently while applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Maintain high service standards and deliver a positive customer experience.
Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to strengthen performance.
REQUIREMENTS
English level C1
Availability to work on-site at our facilities in Itagüí.
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
Weekends off
Rotating schedules every 15 days within a 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. window.
Excellent communication, service-orientation, and adaptability.
WORK CONDITIONS
Base salary: COP $2,700,000
Transportation allowance
Bonuses up to COP $487,000
Permanent contract from day one.
On-site work at Itagüí (10 minutes from Ayurá station, after La Mayorista).
