We are a fast-growing U.S.-based IT solutions company seeking a creative, proactive, and highly skilled Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital marketing and brand presence. This is a key role for someone who combines professional design expertise with strategic marketing capabilities. Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Video Editing
Create professional, high-quality visual assets using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other advanced design tools (excluding Canva).
Edit videos for social media and advertising campaigns, including cuts, transitions, subtitles, and vertical formats.

Digital Marketing Strategy
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives to increase brand positioning, visibility, and traffic across company portals.
Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.): build content calendars, write persuasive copy, engage with the community, and track performance metrics.

SEO & Content Management
Optimize websites and digital portals through best SEO practices, including keyword strategy, metadata, and technical optimization.
Publish and schedule blog, social media, and digital content consistently and strategically.

Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish at C2 level (written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing, or a related field (Postgraduate/Specialization preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar design and marketing roles.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other professional design tools.
Strong understanding of SEO (technical and content-based).
Proven ability in professional video editing.
Highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent grammar in both English and Spanish.
