We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Junior Sales Representative to support our team in identifying, contacting, and following up with prospective clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is starting their career in sales and enjoys speaking with people, building professional relationships, and working toward clear goals. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the companys services. Follow up with leads through phone calls and email. Answer basic questions about services and available programs. Identify interested prospects and guide them through the initial stages of the sales process. Schedule follow-up calls or meetings with qualified prospects. Maintain consistent communication with potential clients. Update lead information, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM. Support the team with documentation and client onboarding follow-up. Meet individual activity and sales goals. Collaborate with internal teams as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree or current university studies are a plus. 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, appointment setting, or similar roles preferred. Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with potential clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Goal-oriented and motivated by results. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to learn quickly and communicate information clearly. Experience using CRM systems is a plus. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business tools. What Were Looking For The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, organized, and comfortable speaking with new people.
