Role Summary
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who blends research, data, and storytelling to build and scale high-performing ad creatives. You’ll focus on building UGC and VSLs designed for Meta ads, analyzing performance, and iterating based on real data.
This is a full-time, remote position with base salary + performance-based bonuses.

What Your Day Will Look Like
Do daily research to find new angles, ideas, customers


Analyze performance data to understand what worked and what didn't, and why


Use Meta Ads Manager to extract insights and guide creative decisions


Write and iterate UGC scripts, VSL scripts, IA ads


Track industry trends and apply them to our creative strategy


Manage the post-production



Key Responsibilities
Conduct weekly research on customer behavior, market trends, and competitors


Build and maintain clear customer avatars to guide messaging


Develop scripts and creative briefs for UGC, VSLs, and performance ads


Review performance metrics and lead creative iteration


Ensure alignment between creative vision and post-production output



Requirements
Have worked with 8-figure DTC brand


Created Meta ad creatives that received over $100K in ad spend


Know how to scientifically craft high-performing creatives for Meta (UGC/VSL)


Able to dive deep into Ads Manager to extract insights and performance data


Skilled at iterating on creatives based on data, not guesswork


Strong in direct-response copywriting and customer psychology



Compensation
-Full-time Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonus
Final compensation will depend on experience and fit.
