About the Role
We buy houses at volume on the U.S. East Coast — foreclosure, divorce, inherited properties, tired landlords. Every property we put under contract needs to get sold to a cash buyer and closed, fast and clean. Your job is to run that process: buyers, lenders, title, marketing, CRM. You keep the machine moving from contract to close.
This is a long-term seat with an established, systems-driven company — real infrastructure, real training, real career path. Not a temporary VA gig.
What You'll Do
Communicate daily by phone and email with U.S. cash buyers — answer questions, build relationships, keep deals moving
Screen and qualify buyers; coordinate with lenders to verify financing and ability to close
Prepare deals for market: select photos, write listing descriptions for investor buyers, review marketing and MLS posts before they go live
Schedule property showings with our acquisitions team
Keep Salesforce updated
What We're Looking For
Advanced spoken and written English — you'll be on calls daily with U.S. buyers, lenders, and title companies
Experience supporting U.S. real estate, mortgage, title, insurance, or other transaction-heavy operations
Extremely detail-oriented and self-managed — you run your own pipeline without someone standing over your shoulder
Long-term mindset. We invest heavily in training and we're hiring someone to grow with us
What You Get
$1200 USD/month Salary + bonus on every closed deal
Normal Colombian business hours (EST = hora Colombia, no night shifts)
