What will you do? As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish and English), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Calling customers with early payment delays (between 3 to 59 days approximately).
Successfully completing and meeting training and quality requirements (learning measures, coaching tools, call simulations, etc.).
Managing inbound and outbound phone calls with Harley-Davidson customers.
Who are we looking for? We invite individuals from diverse sectors who meet the following requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in English (B2 level) and fluency in Spanish.
Reside in (City).
Availability to work on-site at Calle 165 45-46.
Colombian citizenship or valid work permit.
Desired Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate clearly, positively, and effectively.
Customer service focus and empathetic approach.
Ability to build trust and empathy through active listening.
Computer literacy and multitasking ability.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
