Customer Service Representative On-Site Position (Bogotá)
Salary: $3,000,000 COP.
Location: Bogotá, Colombia.
Schedule: 42 hours per week Rotating shifts.

What Youll Do:
Provide high-quality customer support through phone, chat, or email.
Resolve inquiries effectively and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information.
Collaborate with team members to meet service goals.
What Were Looking For:
Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
Customer service experience (Call Center or BPO preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work on rotating shifts.
Must live in Bogotá.
