At Agroup Consulting, we are an international advisory firm specializing in immigration, tax, and cross-border structuring for expats, entrepreneurs, and internationally mobile clients. We operate across Europe, the United States, and Latin America, providing premium advisory services to a global clientele.
We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time remote position.
This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, sales ability, and experience managing international clients. The ideal candidate must be confident, polished, and capable of representing a premium consulting firm in a professional manner.
Position Details
Full-time position
Monday to Saturday
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Colombian Time – COT)
Remote work
Monthly salary: 2,500,000 COP
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service inquiries via email, phone calls, and video meetings
Conduct consultations and follow-ups with prospective clients
Present our services clearly and professionally
Close sales and manage client onboarding
Provide high-level customer service support and ensure client satisfaction
Coordinate internally with legal and tax teams
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English (professional level required)
Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals
Proven experience in customer service
Professional presence and demeanor
Strong communication and persuasion abilities
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
Comfortable working remotely and meeting performance expectations
We are looking for someone who combines excellent customer service skills with strong sales performance, and who is motivated to grow within an international consulting environment.
