Location: 100% remote from anywhere in Colombia.
Type: Full-time, US time zone overlap. This is a remote contractor role (service provision agreement, not an employment contract).
Compensation: 1200 USD gross base + 500 USD gross monthly attainment bonus (uncapped). Paid in USD.

What You’ll Do
- Outbound prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Lead generation: Build high-quality sales pipelines for tech clients in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, logistics, and many more
- Utilize top sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and more.
- Strategic communication: Understand client needs and craft targeted outreach messaging.
- Market research collaboration: Leverage data and analytics to increase conversion rates.
- Continuous learning: Learn advanced sales methodologies through structured training and mentorship.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Fluent English (C1+ speaking and writing required)
- 6–12 months of B2B sales or customer-facing experience (Outbound, BDR, or inside sales preferred)
- Strong communication and resilience – you enjoy outbound challenges and know how to stay motivated under pressure
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and sales tools
- Curiosity and growth mindset, analyze, and improve daily
Independence and accountability – you deliver consistent results as a remote contractor
