WHAT YOU'LL DO
- As a Client Services Associate in our Colombia office, you'll be connecting US clients with the expertise they need. Your main focus will be finding and engaging with the right experts for each project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding Client Needs & Finding Experts (70% of your time)
- Work with top consulting and investment firms to understand their exact needs.
- Find and contact the perfect experts for each project using Linkedin and our databases.
- Build relationships with experts through clear, professional communication.
- Handle all scheduling between clients and experts efficiently.
- Screen experts to ensure they're the right fit for each project.

Project Management (30% of your time)
- Manage multiple client requests at the same time.
- Work closely with our global teams to deliver great results.
- Track project progress and provide updates to clients.
- Help improve our processes as we grow.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills - you'll be talking with senior professionals daily.
- Good attention to detail - getting the right expert match is crucial.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Comfortable working with US clients (early morning meetings may be required).
- Experience with LinkedIn and basic research tools.

- Competitive base salary with performance reviews every 6 months
- Monthly performance-based incentive up to $900
- Annual Bonus – 1-month gross salary
- Paid Leave – 12 days of annual leave, plus additional paid leave for significant life events and 8 days of sick leave
