Customer Intake Representative Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM 7:45 PM 1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks Salary: $2,800,000 COP + Transportation allowance + Overtime and legal surcharges You will be on back-to-back calls for most of your shift while entering information in real time. If you perform at your best in fast-paced, high-demand environments, this role is built for you. Requirements: -English B2+ - C1 -Experience from 6 months in call centers or high-volume environments Responsibilities: -Handle continuous calls with U.S.-based customers -Gather detailed business information with high accuracy -Enter data in real time while actively speaking with customers -Maintain energy, focus, and professionalism throughout your shift -Follow structured processes and documentation protocols -Perform under pressure without compromising quality
