A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help customers with their financial needs

What we offer:

Base salary of 2,500,000 COP
Includes a 750 USD hiring bonus upon joining

Monthly transport allowance of 200,000 COP

Performance bonuses of up to 400,000 COP

42-hour work week

Two days off, with Sundays always off

70,000 COP food allowance

Work from home option based on performance

Direct contract with Sutherland
