Are you passionate about sports and love helping others? We have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of the action! Were looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to support fans in purchasing tickets for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and the FIFA World Cup 2026.
What Youll Do:
Engage with Fans: Respond to inquiries via email and voice , providing top-notch support.
Be the Expert: Offer accurate information about ticket availability, pricing, and purchasing procedures.
Solve Problems: Assist fans with troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to ticket purchases.
Deliver Excellence: Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team to ensure a seamless and efficient support experience.
Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest information and updates about the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026.
What Were Looking For:
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Service Passion: A strong desire to help others and provide exceptional service.
Multitasking Ability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge: An understanding of FIFA events and ticketing processes is an advantage.
