We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents (Chat) to join our on-site team in Bogotá, delivering top-tier customer support. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional chat support in Spanish, English. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution. Accurately document interactions in internal systems. Meet quality, service, and productivity KPIs. Requirements: Advanced or native proficiency in Spanish and English. Strong communication skills. Customer Service Experience. Availability to work on site in Bogotá. Working Conditions: Schedule: 42 hours per week. Modality: On-site (Bogotá). Salary: Up to $2.777.201 COP + Transportation allowance. Two days off per week.
