Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries regarding human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax, and benefits administration, and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, in a timely and professional manner.
Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes.

Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Technical Support skills
Troubleshooting skills
Analytical Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience in a customer service or technical support role
Strong problem-solving abilities
Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field
Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers.
High school diploma or equivalent.
