Who We’re Looking For:

We are searching for a motivated and bilingual Customer Service Assistant to join our exceptional team onsite in Medellín. If you have the passion and experience to thrive in a dynamic environment and is committed to providing a high level of Customer Service. If you're a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is ready to make an impact, this is the role for you!

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Starting from $2.500.000 COP, with potential adjustments based on experience.

Stable Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekends or long shifts.

Onsite in Medellín: Work directly from our office in Medellín, where the action happens.

What You’ll Do:

Identifying, analyzing, and offering effective solutions to problems or concerns raised by customers.

Responding to questions about products, services, policies, or processes, providing clear and accurate information.

Representing the company with courtesy, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.







Requirements:

B2+ English proficiency.

Customer Service Experience

A team player mindset—we win together!

A bachelor’s degree in a field related to finance, management, nursing, law, or other administrative areas.

Attention to the detail

Onsite availability in Medellín.
