What Youll Do About the Role: responsible for a merchants long-term revenue growth and retention on DoorDash. You will cultivate relationships with SMB business owners, while helping them elevate their presence on our platform. You must demonstrate a broad scope of soft skills while utilizing consultative selling best practices. Responsibilities: Connect and collaborate with our existing merchant partners to understand their unique goals and pain points. Help merchants optimize their menu pricing, educate them on growth products, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention within your dedicated book of business. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: - Effective time management and organizational skills - Ability to custom-tailor your sales strategy based on pre-call research and customer insights - Robust soft skills, adept in building rapport with diverse groups of business owner Who Were Looking For We invite candidates from various professions who possess: A minimum age of 18 years. A High School Diploma. Proficiency in English (B2+ level) coupled with fluency in Spanish. Residency in Barranquilla. Availability to work onsite at Carrera 67b 48-07 Pto Digital (barrio Modelo) Colombian citizenship or a valid work permit. Desired Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively, positively and clearly. Strong customer service acumen and empathetic engagement. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers through active listening and understanding. Proficient PC skills and ability to multitask. Detail-oriented with accurate data entry capabilities.
