About the Client Our client maintains a pre-vetted talent pool of 1M+ skilled and semi-skilled workers, enabling fast and compliant workforce deployment. They also build their own labor pipeline, training and upskilling candidates for high-demand industrial roles to ensure a continuous, project-ready workforce aligned with employer standards. Role Overview This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader. Key Responsibilities\ Source and identify prospects with open positions through various channels including job boards, data research, resume databases, associations, and networking (Google and LinkedIn). Communicate with candidates and clients across multiple channels (voice, email, etc.). Prepare candidate expectations, timelines to start, and debriefs. Conduct outbound calls to prospects to highlight company benefits and values. Sign up or create profiles for job seekers. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Management Team. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. What Were Looking For Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English. Technically savvy and confident using communication and sourcing tools. Strong knowledge of industry roles and skill sets. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
