We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. This role is integral to our healthcare-focused business, where you will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is proficient in industry-standard tools and technologies and has a passion for leveraging data to improve processes and provide actionable insights.

We are a Back Office company located in Medellin, Colombia that provides technical and administrative assistance in the international healthcare sector to companies located in Miami, U.S.A. Our assistance provides comprehensive support to diagnostic centers, home health care services, infusion centers, pharmacy and durable medical equipment, all with the objective of creating a synergistic approach to help our patients in the United States.

Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Experience working with tools as Mysql, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres using language SQL, Python, R, and Power BI for data management, analysis, and cleaning, ensuring high levels of accuracy and relevance.
Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using KPIs in Power BI to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
Lead Distribution: Optimize and oversee lead distribution processes, ensuring efficient assignment and tracking to maximize conversion rates.
Reporting & Insights: Create, enhance, and automate reports using tools like Power BI and key performance metrics and trends.
Healthcare-Specific Analytics: Analyze datasets related to healthcare processes, operations, or outcomes to inform data-driven decision-making in the healthcare domain.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in reporting tools and workflows to streamline operations.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to provide actionable insights that drive business growth.

Qualifications
Experience with Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
English intermated both written and spoken.
At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
Expertise in Python for data analysis and scripting.
Experience with visualization tools like Power BI.
Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and modeling techniques.
Familiarity with Excel for basic analysis and reporting.
Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
