General Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing property listings. This position involves overseeing all aspects of listing creation, including content accuracy, image placement, and ongoing improvements to maximize the visibility and performance of the listings. Essential Functions Manage the creation of new listings and the setup of properties, ensuring that the listing descriptions and photos are of the highest quality and accurately represent the properties. Organize the photo sequence for new listings based on internal guidelines, performance data, and leadership input, providing suggestions to enhance photoshoots and editing where needed. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to listing outages or platform problems by collaborating with third-party partners. Revise and update listing content, policies, and platform regulations to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing strategies. Develop and manage strategies for host accounts, including platform-specific promotions and factors such as achieving super host status to support revenue goals. Monitor, respond to, and proactively seek reviews to ensure that listings maintain positive and impactful feedback. Perform administrative, auditing, and other project-based tasks as required. Travel and gain valuable exposure to the U.S. market Indefinite-term U.S. contractor agreement Requisites Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (3-5 years) is required. Proficient in English with strong written communication skills. Experience with cloud-based software tools for workflow management and listing creation. Proficient in data analysis using tools like Excel and Google Sheets. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proven ability to drive results through strategic marketing initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, reliable, and feedback-driven work ethic. Excellent planning, time-management, and multitasking abilities. Schedule & Compensation This is a full-time position within te companys Marketing/Channel Distribution team. The role operates Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Compensation is hourly and based on experience. Training The first 90 days of the role will be an immersive training, mentorship, and onboarding experience. The purpose of the 90-day training period is to learn and master the companys systems, platforms, and current marketing functions within the department.
