We are a growing U.S.-based IT Solutions company specializing in network infrastructure, field deployments, cable management, and client-facing technical services.
As we transition from startup phase into structured growth, we are building a formal leadership framework to support long-term scale.
We are seeking a reliable, strategic, and structured HR & Organizational Development Manager to lead recruitment rigor, performance systems, KPI tracking, leadership development, and organizational growth across our operations-driven IT environment.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring we hire the right people — particularly administrative staff and IT field technicians — while also building the internal systems that support measurable performance, leadership development, succession planning, and long-term retention.
This is a leadership-tier role with direct influence on company structure, performance and culture.
Core Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring (Remote Internal Staff | Field Technicians)
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for remote internal staff and technical field service roles.
• Develop clear, performance-based job descriptions aligned with operational realities.
• Source and screen candidates from hiring platforms.
• Conduct structured interviews and partner with department heads on final evaluations.
• Evaluate IT field technician candidates (network infrastructure, structured cabling, deployments, troubleshooting).
• Screen for hands-on technical competence and reliability.
• Validate real-world field experience beyond resume claims.
• Maintain an organized hiring tracker and candidate pipeline.
• Improve hiring quality and reduce costly mis-hires.
• Coordinate with Operations to align hiring with project pipeline demands.
Attendance Monitoring & Workforce Accountability
• Oversee structured attendance and punctuality systems across remote and field teams.
• Track time logs for administrative staff and field technicians.
• Ensure accurate and timely weekly timesheet submissions.
• Identify attendance concerns early and provide structured reporting to leadership.
• Maintain documentation for performance discussions when necessary.
• Reinforce accountability standards across all professional tiers.
KPI Tracking & Performance Monitoring
• Implement and maintain KPI dashboards across departments.
• Ensure measurable performance expectations are clearly defined and documented.
• Track productivity, responsiveness, task completion rates, and output quality.
• Support 30-60-90 day onboarding evaluations.
• Coordinate structured performance reviews with department heads.
• Provide data-driven recommendations, including performance improvement plans or termination when necessary.
• Identify leadership development and upskilling opportunities.
Organizational Development & Leadership Growth
• Develop structured onboarding programs for administrative and technical roles.
• Create role-specific training checklists and competency milestones.
• Design succession planning frameworks for key positions.
• Support leadership development initiatives across departments.
• Contribute to organizational design as the company expands.
• Strengthen long-term retention through career path clarity and performance alignment.
HR Documentation & Operational Support
• Maintain organized employee records and contracts.
• Document performance discussions and HR-related actions.
• Support payroll validation through accurate attendance and time-tracking review.
• Ensure documentation compliance across all roles.
• Build scalable HR processes that support future departmental expansion.
Tools & Platforms
Experience with:
• Indeed, LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, and other remote hiring platforms
• Microsoft 365
• SOP documentation systems
• KPI tracking and reporting tools
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, People Operations, or Organizational Development
• Experience hiring within technical services or IT operations environments strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience building systems (not only maintaining them)
• Strong understanding of KPI implementation and workforce metrics
• Experience advising leadership on performance-related decisions
• Comfortable making high-accountability recommendations when necessary
• English proficiency C1 or higher (required)
• Organized, structured, and strategically minded
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, remote operations environment
Compensation
• $450–$500 per week based on experience and demonstrated capability
• Leadership-tier role with direct influence on company growth
