Location: Salvatech - Remote Colombia Environment: Colombian and International Teams Language: English Advanced Full-time / Monday to Friday, Office Hours - EST / Remote Salary: $5.500.000 COP Role Summary: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various IT positions, including Programmers, Engineers, and Developers. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent in the tech industry, utilizing your expertise to enhance our recruitment processes. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and international recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews in English, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team dynamics. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field. Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment systems. Experience with international recruitment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to conduct interviews in English. Extensive knowledge of technology roles, including but not limited to Programmers, Engineers, and Developers. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Work Setup Requirements: To perform this role effectively, you must have: A quiet home office space to work optimally. A stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB). A laptop/desktop with updated software. A secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.
