A Viva Global client is looking for a skilled Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team!

We are seeking a highly resourceful and self-sufficient Hubspot Expert with expertise in running marketing campaigns. This role is critical for managing and optimizing our existing database of 60,000+ contacts to identify and target the best prospects from this list. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong research skills, and the ability to independently analyze and narrow down contacts for targeted outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Hubspot power user or administrator
Relevant Hubspot certifications (e.g., Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales Software)
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills
Experience with or willingness to rapidly learn and understand the market segment
Proficiency in CRM setup, marketing automation, SEO, and analytics
Excellent communication and independent project management skills
Understanding of the sales process and digital marketing campaign lifecycle
Knowledge of Hubspot integrations and data management
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Job Duties:

HubSpot Expert and Database Management (Pull, refine, and analyze contact lists in HubSpot).
Strategic Marketing and Persona Development (Research prospects and create compelling member personas).
Campaign Optimization and Performance Analysis (Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns (emails, invites).
Cross-functional Collaboration and Leadership (Collaborate with CEO and founding team to fine-tune strategies).
Advanced Outreach and Personalization (Track engagement metrics and optimize outreach efforts).
