Position Summary
The Middle Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the daily operations of the company’s service delivery teams. This role ensures efficient project execution, team performance, and strong client relationships. Serving as the link between Directors and operational teams, the Middle Manager oversees people management, project delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management

Lead, guide, and support a team of 8–12 members.
Assign workloads, manage schedules, and balance resources across projects.
Conduct check-ins, provide feedback, and support problem-solving.
Oversee training, performance evaluations, improvement plans, and attendance management.

Client Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Manage expectations, address concerns, and maintain professional communication through calls, meetings, and written correspondence.

Project Management & Delivery

Oversee planning, execution, and completion of multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Participate in quality control and client-facing activities.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track team and individual performance against goals and KPIs.
Prepare progress reports for Directors and clients.
Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective actions.

Process Improvement & Quality Assurance

Standardize workflows, documentation, file organization, and templates.
Validate deliverables to meet company and client standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Strategic Coordination

Collaborate with other departments to align operations with organizational objectives.
Support leadership in operational planning and resource allocation.

Decision-Making & Administrative Oversight

Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and approve schedules and time-off requests.
Oversee internal administrative processes, workload distribution, and team structure.


Required Qualifications
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project management, or team leadership.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring process consistency.

Skills & Competencies

Fully bilingual: English & Spanish (100% fluent).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), work management tools (e.g., Monday.com), and cloud collaboration platforms.
Knowledge in business operations, process improvement, quality control, negotiation, and client management.
Leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, adaptability, and problem-solving under pressure.


Additional Information

Responsible for coordinating with U.S.-based clients and internal stakeholders.
Plays a critical role in ensuring structure, discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement across Operations.
