Location: Colombia

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning sessions, ensuring proper definition of scope,
timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure seamless
project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including project plans,
schedules, and status reports.
• Monitor and track project progress using appropriate project management tools
and methodologies.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with defined objectives, scope, and cost
constraints.
• Proactively manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget using
structured change control processes.
• Use data-driven methods and tools to measure and report on project performance
and health.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within data analytics or
technology domains.
• Strong SQL querying skills and experience working with databases.
• Solid understanding of data analytics concepts and tools.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or
equivalent).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
