Bilingual Executive Recruiter - Massive Selection process Location: Colombia - Bogotá Contract: Full-time, indefinite term Salary Range: 2´700.000 COP Performance Bonus: according to the department goals. Purpose of the Role Executive Recruiter ensures delivery of all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Will play a critical role in ensuring hiring the best talent within SLAs Key Responsibilities Massive selection process of new employees for operational and administrative areas within IGT. Screening and shortlisting: reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews and shortlisting candidates based and qualifications and experience. Coordinating assessments: follow-up of language/aptitude test and documents. Candidate engagement: communicating with potential candidates about job requirements, responsibilities and company culture ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintaining recruitment record: Keeping detailed records of candidate interactions, interviews and statuses. Perform other special projects as assigned. Ensure all pre-employment requirements are submitted on time. Requirements Excellent collaborative teamwork skills Attention to detail and strategic thinking style Ability to notice actions that may result in a liability Preferably, graduate of bachelors degree in psychology, Human Resource, or another related field. No experience in recruitment in a staffing company or BPO/call center environment needed, it would be a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. B2 English level is a must. Documentation and Reporting Skills. Proficient with MS Office. Can work with less supervision. Reliable, showing commitment and unity in relation to a companys regulations and procedures. Work Model Work Mode: Hybrid.
