About Exocolombia
Exocolombia is a growing team of young Americans and Colombians living and working in Medellín, Colombia. We’re building a dynamic hospitality staffing and operations company that powers short-term rental and property management services in U.S. markets like Pittsburgh. Our focus is on developing a reliable, bilingual workforce that excels in housekeeping, maintenance coordination, guest communications, and day-to-day hospitality support.
This role marks the launch of our new Sales department, and you’ll be the first person to join it. You won’t just sell—you’ll help us build the sales function from the ground up, shaping strategy, creating systems, and opening new growth channels. As the department expands, you’ll grow with it—taking on new responsibilities, leadership opportunities, and greater influence within the company.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a motivated and high-performing Sales Representative to lead the growth of our turnkey property management services across international markets. You will be responsible for selling Exocolombia’s full-service operational solutions to property owners, developers, landlords, and real estate investors in countries like Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Colombia.
These services are designed to help clients launch or optimize short-term rental properties with zero hassle—covering everything from setup and staffing to maintenance, guest services, and revenue optimization.
This is a foundational role—you’ll be the first member of our Sales department, working closely with company leadership to design and execute our sales strategy. As you help us open new markets and onboard clients, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role, eventually guiding a team and scaling this new business vertical.
We’re looking for someone who can both close deals and build systems, bringing energy, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking to a fast-growing company.
What You’ll Be Selling
- Exocolombia’s full-stack operations platform, including:
- Furnishing & Unit Setup (procurement, staging, décor)
- Cleaning & Housekeeping Oversight
- Guest Communication & Check-in Support
- Listing Management (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct booking channels)
- Revenue & Occupancy Optimization (RevPAR analysis, dynamic pricing)
- Local Compliance & Registration Support
- Maintenance Coordination & Vendor Management
- Real-time Performance Dashboards & Reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify property owners seeking passive income or hospitality-
grade operations
- Build trust and deliver compelling pitches about our operational service
model
- Schedule and lead client meetings, tours, and presentations
- Draft proposals and negotiate service agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Exocolombia operations team

Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify property owners, developers, and investors seeking
passive income or turnkey short-term rental operations
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations that communicate the value of
Exocolombia’s service model across markets like the U.S., Canada,
Mexico, and Colombia
- Schedule and lead meetings, property tours, and virtual demos with
prospective clients
- Draft customized proposals and negotiate service agreements tailored to
each client’s needs
- Build long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and offering
scalable solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Operations, Technology, and
Marketing teams to align service delivery, support lead generation, and
enhance brand visibility
- Track and manage sales activity through CRM tools, providing regular
performance updates to leadership
- Provide feedback to continuously improve sales collateral, onboarding
materials, and market positioning
