A Viva Engage client is looking for a skilled Intake Specialist to join their Legal team!

It is a well-established law firm specializing in personal injury and workers' compensation cases throughout California. Our experienced team offers comprehensive support, from guiding clients through the legal process to handling necessary paperwork and representation in court.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in legal settings or as a sales representative.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with near-native proficiency.
• Remote position – requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable computer.
• Availability to work in California hours and U.S. holidays (U.S. holidays are paid time off; holidays in your country will be considered regular working days).
Job Duties:
• Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email to provide updates and gather information.
• Conduct follow-up calls to collect missing details from new or potential clients.
• Receive and evaluate incoming phone calls, assisting in qualifying potential new clients.
• Assess prospective client inquiries, analyze case fit, and ensure they feel heard and supported.
• Perform clerical tasks such as transcription, data entry, spreadsheet management, and email correspondence.
• Draft and proofread general correspondence and court documents.
This is a fast-paced role where Intake Specialists will spend a significant portion of their day communicating via phone and email with clients. The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve based on the needs of the firm

• Wednesday to Sunday Schedule
• 100% remote position
• Working hours: 12PM – 8 PM PST Weekdays /////////// 6AM-3PM PST Weekends
• Independant contract
• Paid time off in your first year
Job Type: Full-time Job
Salary: 6.5 USD per hour
