We are conducting a customer service campaign for a premium sportswear and yoga accessories brand. The focus will be on resolving issues related to customer orders. Interactions will take place through chat, phone calls, and emails.
This role will involve assisting customers with any problems they encounter with their orders and ensuring a smooth resolution process.
We are currently looking for a *Senior Customer Service Representative* to join us. 
If you have *ADVANCED ENGLISH* skills and exceptional communication abilities, we want to hear from you!
Heres why you should join this opportunity: *Competitive Compensation:* Earn a total of $2,822,000, which includes $2,622,000 plus a transport allowance of $100,000 and a health allowance of $100,000. *Performance Bonuses:* You could earn up to an additional 15 % bonus based on meeting performance goals and attendance
*Top-Notch Training*: Enjoy a comprehensive one-month training program from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., setting you up for success.
*Schedule*: Work 44 hours per week with a fixed schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., including two days off per week.
*Contract Benefits*: Permanent contract that includes all legal benefits.
*Start Date*: Begin on Feb 20th 2025
*Location*: Work on-site at Connecta Bogotá: Cll 26 92-32 (Gold 9 - Floor 4).
