LOGOS Virtual Assistants is a US-based staffing agency working with US clients, working across the legal and technology sectors.

In our technology division, our US client is seeking a senior developer to work in their small, intimate environment, along with other senior developers, on a high-level project based in the healthcare industry.

This is an opportunity to work with top US management (CEO and Senior Architect), along with a small team of 3 other senior developers from Latin America, to make a long-term impact in a stable job environment, exposed to the full spectrum of the development cycle and touch a variety of tech stacks in a comprehensive way.

Senior Full-Stack Developer

Experience Level: 8-12 years of professional software development experience.

Required:
- 7+ Years of C# and ASP.NET Core (Web API, DI, async, auth)

- 4+ Years of Razor Pages or ASP.NET MVC

- 5+ Years of HTML/CC and component-based UI development

- Experience working in layered, service-oriented architectures


Nice to Have:

- Blazor (Server or WASM). BIG PLUS even if only six months to one year of exposure.

- 3+ Years of Angular, React, or Vue [Angular Preferred but any of these will prove that the candidate understands modern frontend patterns]

- 4+ Years of Java (JAX-RS/Jersey, JPA/Eclipselink) in "non-Spring environments".
- JAX-RS (Jersey or similar), DTO-heavy architectures, Facade / Service layers, JPA (Eclipselink or Hibernate), Transaction Boundaries, Reading XML/annotations configurations.

- JavaScript interop and browser debugging

- Legacy AngularJS (1.x) maintenance experience even if only for six months to one year. BIG PLUS.


Bonus:

- Experience supporting modernizing legacy systems

- Comfort working across multiple tech stacks and eras.


Compensation:

- Depending on experience, depth, matching primary requirements and supplemental knowledge scope.

Initial Starting Range: $2,600 - $3,600 USD / Monthly
- 8.100.000 to 11.500.000 COP / Monthly

- Compensation increase/raise of 4-8% will be given after 3 months, and mid-year (6 months), and guaranteed minimum increase after one year of 6-10% depending on performance. Details will be outlined in final offer.

*Ability to earn 9.500.000 to 13.800.000 COP monthly after the completion of the first year of work.


Process:

- Once your application is received and if you qualify for a screening, you will be contacted by the CEO of LOGOS Virtual Assistants to schedule a first-round interview.

- If successful, you will move to the 2nd-round interview with the Senior Software Architect of the project for validation of tech-stack knowledge and experience.

- Final round test required. If successful and selected, final offer will be made.


Timeline:

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. We will take our time finding the right candidate, but we are able to move quickly as long as the candidate is engaged and willing to commit to the process.

Long-Term stable opportunity, working with senior leadership on large US projects, and direct partnership with LOGOS VA CEO.
