Role Mission
The Technical Implementation Specialist exists to protect focus across the organization.
This role removes disruptive, reactive, and technical “to-do” items from the CEO and delivery teams by owning execution across SEO, website, and paid media implementations.
If something is blocking execution, slowing delivery, or pulling senior team members into task-level work — this role takes it.
This is a doer role, not a strategist role. Your success is measured by how smoothly work flows and how rarely leadership is pulled into implementation details.

Primary Responsibilities
1. SEO
Own and execute technical implementation tasks across:
New SEO client on-boarding
Market Assessments for new clients
Identify profitable new markets for clients
Support SEO Account Managers with new tasks
Translate high-level requests into clean, completed technical work without back-and-forth.

2. Task Absorption & Focus Protection
Absorb ad-hoc, disruptive tasks that would otherwise interrupt the CEO, Strategists, or Managers
Take loosely defined requests and turn them into completed deliverables
Proactively identify implementation gaps before they become bottlenecks

3. New Website Project Management
Own project coordination for new website builds from kickoff through launch.
Act as the implementation point person between design and development teams
Translate requirements into clear tasks, timelines, and handoffs
Conduct meticulous QA prior to launching new sites
Keep projects moving forward and surface risks or delays early

4. Website & Tool Implementation
Test and potentially implement new tools or new features of current Tech Stack
Implement scripts, pixels, and third-party tools
Coordinate with developers when work exceeds your scope
Ensure implementations are documented, tested, and stable
Implement AI tools for better data and work with MCPs

5. Operational Reliability
Follow defined systems and SOPs — and improve them when gaps are found
Document recurring implementations so they don’t require re-explaining
Communicate clearly when tasks are complete, blocked, or at risk
No surprises. No dropped balls.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in a technical implementation, operations, or digital marketing support role
Hands-on experience with:
Google Tag Manager
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Ads & Meta Ads tracking
WordPress CMS and overseeing new site builds
WordPress Plugins
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience using AI tools
Comfortable working across multiple departments and priorities
Able to take vague requests and turn them into executed work
Excellent written communication and task follow-through
