Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and people development? We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead, optimize, and scale operations while ensuring high levels of client and employee satisfaction.

Main Objective:
Lead and manage direct and related operational resources to ensure the achievement of performance goals, high employee and customer satisfaction, and the financial success of the campaigns and/or regions under your responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage operational resources to meet and exceed business targets.
Partner with key stakeholders to secure the tools and support needed for successful operations.
Design and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, reduce absenteeism and attrition, and boost performance.
Monitor and act on real-time metrics (Attrition, Attendance, FCR, AHT, SL, NPS, etc.).
Drive financial success of all assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Prepare, manage, and present consistent and accurate financial performance reports.
Support account growth through flawless operational execution.
Proactively manage retention by following up on employees at risk (Red Zone).
Maintain strong, strategic communication with clients to align expectations and drive results.

Requirements:

Technical or technological degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
B2+ English level (spoken and written).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar senior-level role managing operations, ensuring delivery of KPIs, team satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
