We are a leading company in telemarketing/sales service solutions and BPO services for U.S. based companies, with a dynamic and growing work environment. We are looking to add a Systems Engineer to our team who will support us in the management, configuration, and optimization of our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
-Configure, install, and maintain network equipment.
-Manage and resolve network and system issues within the call center environment.
-Provide real-time technical support to ensure optimal infrastructure performance.
-Analyze and solve connectivity and network performance incidents.
-Implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency in the call center.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integrity and availability of systems.
-Ensure all network configurations comply with internal standards and policies.
Requirements:
-Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields.
-At least 5 years of experience in network configuration and support, preferably in call center or BPO environments.
-Advanced knowledge of networking and telecommunications.
-Experience troubleshooting technical issues and managing incidents.
-Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual).
-Knowledge in managing and optimizing system infrastructure in high-demand environments.
-Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
