We are expanding our internal Talent Acquisition team in Colombia and looking for individuals who want to grow with us and contribute to our mission.
Main Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage complete recruitment cycles: sourcing, screening, assessing, and selecting candidates.
Work closely with the Director of People & Growth to align hiring needs, priorities, and strategies.
Improve hiring metrics: quality of hire, time to fill, candidate experience, and clients satisfaction.
Present offer recommendations and negotiate with candidates.
ATS & Data Management
Keep candidate information updated daily in the ATS.
Generate recruitment reports and dashboards.
Maintain organized documentation, resumes, applications, and pipelines.
Sourcing Strategy
Build diverse talent pipelines using research, networking, and database mining.
Share sourcing techniques and best practices with the team.
Train the team on new sourcing sites, blogs, groups, and channels.
Utilize advanced tools to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Operational Support
Manage candidate communication, documentation, and compliance throughout the process.
Support collaboration between HIRE Talent Group and clients through consultative follow-up.
Ensure KPI achievement and process consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Staffing, RPO, or EOR.
Experience recruiting operational and mid level roles.
Preferable experience in heavy-industry sectors: manufacturing, aerospace and defense, construction.
Advanced English (verbal and writing).
Strong attention to detail, negotiation abilities, organization, and customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Availability to work full-time (42 hours per week) and adjust to client needs when required.
