They are masters of storytelling and local history, making the destination come alive for guests from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
Core Responsibilities Guided Tours: Conduct tours in at least two languages (typically the native language of the country and a high-demand foreign language, such as English, Spanish, French, or Mandarin).
Interpretation and Translation: Accurately translate and interpret historical, cultural, and technical information to ensure clear communication for all group members.Safety and Logistics: Manage tour logistics, including timing, transportation, and ticketing, while prioritizing the safety and well-being of the group.
Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, handle minor issues or emergencies, and ensure a highly positive and memorable experience.
