Training Coordinator - Health Insurance Agents

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Training Coordinator to assist in scheduling and guiding agents to carrier-provided training sessions. This role involves creating training schedules, sending training links via email and text, and calling agents to ensure they have access to the right resources. The coordinator will not be conducting training but will play a key role in keeping agents informed and engaged in learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a training schedule using available carrier training sessions
- Send training links and information via email, text, and other communication channels based on agent preference
- Conduct outreach calls to agents to guide them to training and check on their learning needs
- Coordinate and send mass communications (email and text blasts) regarding upcoming training sessions
- Assist in organizing training materials and ensuring agents have easy access to necessary resources
- Provide general support to agents by helping them navigate training opportunities
- Assist with PowerPoint presentation creation as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and email/text marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

Requerimientos

• Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media

• Idiomas: Inglés
• Conocimientos: CRM, Microsoft PowerPoint
