A Viva Engage client is looking for a skilled Video Editor to join their Marketing team!

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing agencies creating content for YouTube and social media.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with near-native proficiency.
• Remote position – requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable computer.
• Availability to work California hours and holidays (U.S. holidays are observed as paid time off, but Colombian holidays will be working days).
Job Duties:
• Edit and produce 2-3 high-quality videos per week for the YouTube channel, with editing time depending on video length.
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative content ideas aligned with the brand’s goals.
• Optimize videos for YouTube, including thumbnails, captions, and SEO-friendly titles/descriptions.
• Support content creation for Instagram and TikTok, including short-form video edits, graphics, and repurposing YouTube content.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices for video editing, social media engagement, and audience growth.
This is a fast-paced role where the Video Editor will spend a significant portion of their day creating diverse content for multiple brands. The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve based on the firm's needs.
