Position Overview
Our Inside Sales Agents engage in retention selling and cross-selling efforts by interacting with existing customers to retain their services and provide clean energy solutions. Tasks include making outbound sales calls to existing customers, responding to customer emails and text messages, tracking retention results, cross-selling to existing customers, and taking accountability for all assigned leads.

This role sits within our Retail Energy Division, is an indefinite contract, and English fluency is required. Base salary $3.500.000 + Commission (uncapped)

About You
You speak English fluently and are able to hold conversations with native English speakers.
You are a good listener and able to empathize with customers.
You have previous experience in telemarketing (sales) and/or customer service.
You can take detailed notes based on customer interactions.
You are comfortable using a dialer system to engage customers and disposition interactions.
You are a team player who is unafraid of asking for help or helping others.
You can think outside the box and are adept at problem-solving.
You’re extremely patient and reliable.
You’re very comfortable learning new software and following detailed processes.
You’re confident using Google Workspace and Slack and can adapt to new software quickly.

Working Hours
The working hours for this role are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CDT and are to remain in sync with the company’s Austin HQ (Central Time) throughout the year.

Working Location
Our office is located in the El Poblado area of Medellín.
