AI Data Analyst

Salary: $2,800 USD
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM CT

Role Overview:

We are seeking an AI Data Analyst skilled at leveraging AI-driven techniques to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable business insights. This role combines structured data analysis with innovation in AI and machine learning, including hands-on work with large language models (LLMs).

A key part of this position is collaborating closely with stakeholders to help define and clarify project requirements and scope, ensuring clear, actionable objectives. The ideal candidate works proactively in a dynamic, unstructured environment, driving exploration and continuous learning.

The AI Data Analyst will partner with data science, product, and business teams to translate complex data into clear insights and support AI product testing and feature development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and develop project plans.
- Analyze diverse marketing campaign data sources to generate actionable insights.
- Conduct testing and validation of AI/ML models and features, with emphasis on LLM technologies.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Work independently and proactively “dig” to find answers in ambiguous and incomplete data environments.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment.
- Support AI model auditing, prompt engineering, and quality assurance processes as needed.
- Document processes and maintain version control for data assets and models.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
- Master’s degree or advanced certifications in AI, ML, or Data Analytics is a plus.

Technical Skills:
- Experience with data analysis and data mapping.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) beyond basic use.
- Understanding of machine learning frameworks/tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills to clearly present complex data.

Success Milestones:

- 3 months: Full understanding of campaign data and ability to support new requirements.
- 6 months: Authoritative knowledge of AI products and data applications.
- 12 months: Ability to recommend innovative data strategies and automation.
