• Mobile Platform Expertise – Proficient in Android (Kotlin/Java) as the primary development platform, with a strong understanding of mobile architecture and best practices.
• Feature Design & Backend Integration – Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate scalable, high-performance features for mobile applications.
• Code Quality & Best Practices – Ensure superior code quality by enforcing best practices, conducting code reviews, and maintaining clean, maintainable code.
• Automation Testing – Implement and advocate for automation testing strategies to enhance code reliability and reduce regression issues.
• Tool Proficiency – Proficient in Jira, Git, GitHub Actions, and other development tools to streamline development workflows and CI/CD processes.
• Release Management – Oversee the mobile app release cycle, ensuring smooth deployment and adherence to release schedules.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship – Guide and mentor a team of developers and testers, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration.
• Requirement Analysis – Work closely with the Product Manager to understand business needs, refine requirements, and align development with the product roadmap.
• Stakeholder Education & Decision Support – Educate stakeholders by providing clear technical insights, enabling informed decision-making on product features, timelines, and trade-offs.
• Technical Roadmap & Continuous Improvement – Define and drive the mobile technical roadmap, stay updated with industry trends, and optimize development processes for efficiency.
