We’re Hiring! – Bookkeeping Analyst (Bilingual: English & Spanish)

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in financial management and bookkeeping? Do you have QuickBooks expertise and fluency in English and Spanish? If so, we want you on our team!


At Stretch Ceiling Supply, we’re looking for a Bookkeeping Specialist to manage and track company expenses, oversee accounts, confirm payments and purchases, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.


What You’ll Do:

-Record and track company expenses, invoices, and transactions.
-Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial data.
-Manage credit card expenses, vendor invoices, and company purchases.
-Communicate with the company owner, accountant, and employees regarding financial updates.
-Handle financial document collection, including checks, contracts, and invoices.
-Oversee company purchases and payments, ensuring alignment with budget guidelines.


What We’re Looking For:

-Willing to work on-site on our Rionegro office.
-Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Fluent in both written and spoken communication.
-Strong QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) proficiency is valued.
-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with financial data.
