COLOMBIAN PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT (REMOTE, PART-TIME, FROM ANYWHERE IN COLOMBIA)

Launchmen, a cutting-edge digital marketing agency specializing in AI-driven video production and business consulting, is on the hunt for a Project Management Assistant Rockstar to join our multicultural, high-performing remote team.

I. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and support multiple high-impact projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Own task management – assign action items, track deliverables, and help keep everyone accountable and aligned.
- Act as a communication bridge between team members, stakeholders, and contractors, making sure updates are clear and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Identify and flag potential roadblocks early, work with the Project Manager to troubleshoot challenges, and keep momentum going.
- Participate in project planning and review sessions, gaining exposure to high-level strategy and decision-making processes.

II. What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Based in the Western hemisphere, Colombia, ideally within 1–2 hours of Eastern Time (ET).
- A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, with a passion for learning and growing.
- Positive, adaptable, and always ready to pitch in when needed.
