We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator who is more than just a "problem solver"—we need a Student & Family Success Champion.

You won’t just be answering emails. You will be the bridge that ensures a child in the US doesn't miss their chance to learn. You will be the support system for our 120+ world-class instructors. When a family has a technical hurdle or a scheduling conflict, you are the hero who clears the path so the learning never stops.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Creating "Wow" Moments: Transforming customer questions into positive experiences through email, text, and calls.

Empowering Instructors: Being the "control tower" for our teachers, making sure they have everything they need to deliver an amazing class.

Global Operations: You’ll play a key role in the smooth running of classes for over 2,200 students worldwide.

Scaling Together: As we grow, you grow. You’ll help us build better processes and find smarter ways to serve our community.

Are you the one we’re looking for?
You love people: You have a natural gift for communication and empathy.

You are tech-curious: You don't need to be a coder, but you feel at home using tools like Zoom, Freshdesk, and Discord.

You thrive in the "puzzle": You enjoy taking a messy situation and finding a clean, proactive solution.

You are a multitasker by nature: You can handle multiple threads without losing your cool or your smile.

The Details:
Flexibility first: 15–20 hours per week.

Location: 100% Remote (Work from wherever you’re most productive).

Pay: $6 - $10 USD per hour (Depending on experience).
