How Youll Make an Impact In this role, youll: Coordinate and oversee digital project requests from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively. Collaborate with digital and creative teams to streamline workflows and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders. Use your organizational skills to track project progress, resolve challenges, and ensure every deliverable meets our high standards. Continuously improve processes and workflows, making it easier for teams to deliver exceptional results. Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and shared success. About You Were looking for someone who: Has experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ideally with 3+ years in project management within marketing or digital settings. Is comfortable using project management tools like Workfront (or similar platforms) to organize and track work. Communicates clearly and effectively, whether its with team members, stakeholders, or clients. Thrives on attention to detail and enjoys solving problems to keep projects on track. Is adaptable and open to change, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. While a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is helpful, we value skills and experience above all.
