Marketing Content Creator - (Canva, AI and Video)

We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Content Creator with strong skills in Canva, video editing, and AI tools, and an advanced English level (C1) in both conversational and written communication. This person will be responsible for producing engaging visual and video content for multiple digital platforms, following a marketing content calendar and brand guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, experimenting with AI, and working in a fast-paced marketing environment, while confidently communicating ideas, captions, and scripts in English. Key Responsibilities Create visual content using Canva for social media and marketing campaigns Edit short-form and long-form videos for social platforms and ads Adapt content for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) Use AI tools to generate content ideas, captions, scripts, and marketing copy Follow the marketing content calendar and meet deadlines Apply feedback and revisions efficiently Organize and store final files properly in shared folders Daily Tasks Review daily priorities based on the marketing calendar Design visual content in Canva following creative briefs Edit videos (cuts, transitions, captions, formatting) Use AI tools to support ideation, scripts, and captions Export content in the correct format for each platform Submit content for review and implement feedback Maintain organized folders with final and editable files Tools & Platforms Canva (advanced templates, brand kits, animations) Video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or similar) AI tools (ChatGPT, AI image/video generators, script tools) Social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Task management tools: ClickUp or similar Requirements & Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital marketing content creation, Social media content design, Video editing for brands or social platforms or Marketing design using Canva or similar tools. Advanced English level (C1) mandatory. Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written, including creating captions, scripts, marketing copy, and participating in meetings. Strong ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency Excellent organization and file management skills Openness to feedback and multiple revisions Creative mindset with a marketing and performance-oriented approach Interest in AI-driven content creation and innovation Previous experience creating content for brands or social media (preferred) Proven experience creating content for social media and/or marketing campaigns Hands-on experience editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, ads) Experience using AI tools to support content creation is a big plus Ability to present a portfolio of visual and/or video work (required or strongly preferred) Bachelors degree or technical studies in: Marketing, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, Multimedia Design or Digital Media or related fields. Formal education is a plus, but hands-on experience and a strong portfolio will be highly valued.
