A Viva Engage client is looking for a skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join their Legal team!

It is a well-established law firm specializing in personal injury and workers' compensation cases throughout California. With a proven track record of securing over a billion dollars in settlements, we are committed to providing high-quality legal services to the injured and their families. Our experienced team offers comprehensive support, from guiding clients through the legal process to handling necessary paperwork and representation in court.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in litigation, specifically in personal injury cases.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with near-native proficiency.
• Remote position – requires a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dependable computer.
• Availability to work in California hours and U.S. holidays (U.S. holidays are paid time off; holidays in your country will be considered regular working days).
Job Duties:
• Managing deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• writing motions and assisting with discovery processes.
• Medical record management and insurance negotiation.
• Litigation (not just pre-litigation).
This is a fast-paced role where Personal Injury Paralegals will spend a significant portion of their day communicating via phone and email with legal teams. The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive and may evolve based on the needs of the firm

• 100% remote position
• Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time
• Independant contract
• Paid time off in your first year

Salary: 1200 USD per Month
