This time, we are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. And we are opening the Hub in Medellin

As Recruitment Manager you will directly report to the Roca Alliances Operations Director and will work in the full cycle hiring process with the recruitment team, and provide reports and insights about the region and recruiting outcomes, as also elevating some recommendation of action items to the Roca Alliances Operations Director in order of achieving the hiring goals for the Medellin office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring optimal performance and development.

Strategize: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various positions, with a focus on IT roles.

Collaborate: Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and ensure successful hires.

Analyze: Track recruitment metrics and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Hands-On: Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and complex IT positions as needed.

Requirements:

Experience: 7+ years in Recruitment and HR, with experience doing the full cycle recruiting/hiring process for all type of positions and at least 5 years of experience and strong focus on IT and technical roles within Medellin to fulfill the company needs.

Leadership: Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and managing high-volume hiring processes and more than 15 recruiters under his management.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

IT Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and understanding of technical skills required for IT positions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
