At Bond, your role as an SDR is more than just the first step in our customer journey—it’s the foundation of everything we do. You’ll generate interest, gather essential information, and set the stage for five other team members who depend on your quality and consistency.
Your Day-to-Day
Prospecting:
Connect. Engage. Educate.
Your mission starts by reaching out to logistics business owners whose insurance policies are nearing expiration. This is the perfect moment to help them explore better options—and that’s where you come in.
What You’ll Do:
Interact with over 100 business owners daily, ranging from startups to established fleets with 1 to 100 trucks.

Expertise in addressing insurance pain points
Resilience to handle objections and rejection

You’re not just making calls; you’re building trust by educating prospects about Bond’s unique value.
What You’ll Do:
Explain how Bond’s services transform the insurance experience.
Demonstrate why Bond is the only broker they’ll ever need.

Mastery of Bond’s unique capabilities and services
The ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
Familiarity with customer pain points and Bond’s solutions
Qualifying: Not Every Prospect is a Match—And That’s Okay.
You’ll evaluate prospects to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
What You’ll Do:
Use framing techniques to uncover whether a prospect fits our criteria.
Assess their willingness to work within our proven process.
What You’ll Need:
A deep understanding of Bond’s criteria
Situational awareness and sharp judgment
Confidence to make quick, informed decisions
Intake: Details Matter. Always.
For the right prospects, you’ll complete an application to kick-start their insurance journey.

Collect and verify key business details like vehicles and drivers.
Ensure applications are error-free and meet insurance company requirements.

The ability to multitask while maintaining a natural conversation

Monday–Friday:
8 am–5 pm ET
9 am–6 pm ET
Saturday hours available
Earning Potential:
At Bond, your effort equals your reward:
Starting Salary: $800.00 USD /month
Bonus: $500.00 USD 1,200.00/month (monthly and weekly performance-based bonuses)
